I recently stayed at Aspen on King in Timaru that had your products in the bathroom. Your Active Manuka Honey Shampoo is the best shampoo for my hair I have ever tried. I have a lot of hair but it is quite fine and most shampoos leave it very limp. Your shampoo seemed to give it body which amazed me. The only thing is can I buy this shampoo somewhere, is it sold in a health store in Christchurch or is it just for trade use.
We had the pleasure of using your products this past week-end at the Juniper Hill Inn in Windsor Vermont. I took home the moisturizer and the bath and shower gel since I already opened them and there was a little left for me to use today at home. I also like the make-up remover. I have recently been using your moisturiser, the Natural Earth AMH Moisturiser 35ml, which I got from the Best Western Ellerslie International Motor Inn we stayed at. It is very gentle and lovely on my skin, and I am very impressed with it, because I have a sensitive skin.
I thought I would give you my opinion after using the Wiru guest amenities – out at Voyages at Ayers Rock – I found the products that I used especially the Quandong/Wild Peach body wash – absolutely beautiful! It made my skin feel so soft and alive! As for the hair shampoo and conditioner –( I usually avoid using guest amenities on my hair at hotels because I find that the ingredients are cheap and nasty and make my hair stand on end) – however when I used your products – I found my hair to feel very soft and very manageable! I am totally in love with these products – and would like to know if I am able to purchase them from you in a 1 or 2ltre container for my own personal use?

We are on holiday in New Zealand and used your detergent at the hotel we are staying at in Wellington. I washed my daughters clothes and as she is five play time also involves rolling on the floor and her knee area on jeans and leggings are always extra dirty. I washed the clothes not expecting much as (well we are away) and this is hotel detergent how clean could it possibly clean the clothes.
Well... boy was I wrong to my amazement the stains on the pants and leggings came off, no sprays, no stain remover soak just chucked in and washed, even the socks. I was and am so impressed hence writing this email as I would like to know if this detergent is also available for non commercial customers such as myself. I was recently visiting your wonderful country and had the pleasure to be served cafe de sol Brazilian coffee in almost every hotel and motel I booked throughout the north island. I was hoping to buy some of the coffee, both instant and plunger blend for myself as an individual. I found the coffee in New Zealand to be far superior, even in Seattle Washington, where I live, and is known as one of the coffee havens of the US.

I have been using the Forest & Bird body lotion that was at the River Valley Rafting accommodation early this year. I finally got around to looking it up online and the only place I seem to be able to buy it is through Healthpak, but only in numerous little 35 ml bottles. Given that I'm not a hotel/accommodation owner myself, I wondered whether you knew of anywhere I could buy a single bottle of 100ml in size.
After using those little sample products at Tidal Waters, St Helens in Tasmania, I must have the Natural Earth shampoo, conditioner and the Moisturiser all in 265ml.

I recently flew Premium Economy with Air New Zealand, from Los Angeles to London. Enclosed in a small pouch, provided by the airline, was included a toothbrush. I used this toothbrush for the next month daily and it did not break down like most soft toothbrushes do. Most toothbrushes I use like oral B break down after 10days to 2 weeks. We returned yesterday from a sunny and warm Brisbane, to a cold and grey Timaru! While in Brisbane we stayed at the Park Regis Hotel on North Quay. I used the complimentary hand and body lotion (in an unmarked dispenser) and loved it, especially the fragrance. I asked at the hotel reception if they could tell me the brand, but all they could say was all their shampoos, lotions etc came from HealthPak in New Zealand. I see from your website that you are able to supply to the public, and my question is, would you know which particular hand and body lotion you supply to the Park Regis, as I would love to buy some. I know the fragrance alone, would remind me of sunny, balmy days!
Greetings, I stayed at the Wyndham Resort in Wanaka for 10 days prior to and during Warbirds over Wanaka this Easter. I have sensitive skin and psoriasis so therefore am pretty fussy when it comes to skin products even for a bloke :) I am a Kiwi but I live in Perth, Western Australia these days, I was wondering, is it possible for me to buy some of your Koha Spa products and will you ship them to Oz? I don't mind that they are in 30ml portion control packs, and actually this feature is desirable as I am a pilot and also spend most of my time away in hotels etc and the small size is perfect for my take-away toiletries bag. I am still using the one tube I relocated from Wanaka but it will run out soon :) I am happy to buy in bulk amounts, not sure if 100 is the right figure but am open to suggestions.

I have been searching for Natural Earth Conditioning Shampoo for the last 7 months after first learning of it in Canberra Australia, as this is what every girl with fine- flyaway hair needs in the tropics of far North Queensland. After 27 years of living here (from NZ) I have never had a shampoo/conditioner that can help me wear my hair in a very controlled and presentable style as this product does. I travelled to your lovely country earlier this year with my wife for a 4 week holiday, which we will never forget for all good reasons. At the start of our holiday we stayed at The Braemar Lodge Hotel & Spa, Hanmer Springs for 2 nights, a touch of luxury before collecting a campervan, which was home for the next 4 weeks. During our stay at the hotel my wife used the complimentary hydrating hand & body balm left in the hotel room. She found it lovely to use and actually kept a couple of tubes, given by fellow travellers. Since we have arrived home, she has been using the balm sparingly and each time states she wishes it was on sale in this country, as it leaves her skin feeling soft and smooth. My husband and I recently travelled the south island and whilst staying at the Baywatch Motor Lodge in Timaru, we were lucky enough to have a try of the plunger coffee which our host had supplied. It was so delicious and so easy that I decided to try to buy some. I use the plunger at home all the time but I have to get the beans then grind them and usually use too little or too much. With the 15gm pack you just tip and pour, and it always tastes lovely. I would also like to buy a box of lemon squash.

I used your Natural Earth Conditioning Shampoo when staying at a motel. Can I buy this as a retail product? I live in Wellington. Perhaps like a lot of men, I can't be bothered using a separate shampoo and then a conditioner. Conditioning Shampoos used to be all the rage. Now, I can only find one brand, Sunsilk, and I'm not sure how long that will be available.

The best thing about the Natural Earth moisturizer is not only does it truly soften, moisturize and smell wonderful, it is the only moisturizer I have ever used that soothed my skin on contact! I usually have to endure several minutes of stinging and pain when I use moisturizer but the Natural Earth felt amazingly wonderful as soon as I put it on. It has been a godsend and I miss not being able to use it. Please let me know how to purchase some!

Hello, I am from Brisbane, Australia and while I was holidaying at the Outrigger Resort & Spa at Noosa, Australia they had your Natural Earth products as their guest amenities. I am not sure if their products were customised, but their Natural Earth moisturiser product was made with Manuka honey and Harakeke oil. I am currently living in the UK and while visiting home to NZ over Christmas I searched in vain to purchase some West Coast Koha Spa Hydrating Hand & Body Balm with healing & restorative Manuka Fern extract.
